IQ OQ PQ Certification
BWB Technologies offers a unique service to our distributors and customers for the validation and certification of IQ (Installation Qualification), OQ (Operation Qualification) and PQ (Performance Qualification) of the BWB Flame Photometer. This unique and cost effective programme allow the customer (or local agent) to perform tests and qualifications based on strict procedures out lined in the provided certification manual. After the results are submitted and scrutinised by our technical specialists, a signed certificate of conformance will be issued.
Extended Warranty Options
All BWB Technologies products are exceptionally reliable and well made. We are confident you will have many years of trouble-free service from your BWB flame photometer. However, there is always an inherent risk with any high-technology instrumentation that you will need technical assistance at some point over the products lifetime.
Normally, if you require assistance with your product, potential problems can be addressed quickly and easily via our e-mail support service. All products supplied by BWB Technologies are supplied with a standard 1 year back-to-base warranty. However if your BWB instrument is critical to your organisation we offer an upgrade to a premium warranty service at any point after your purchase.
After the first 12 months of ownership you have the opportunity to purchase an ongoing support contract which is renewed on an annual basis. This offers complete protection and piece of mind for your investment in a BWB flame photometer.
